Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Brunei. The delivery fee depends on the distance, and we'll tell you before you confirm your order. You can also self-collect for free in Tutong. We share the exact collection point once your order is confirmed.
How do I order?
Message us on WhatsApp (+673 741 7202), social media or email (sales@askurin.com) with the item you'd like. We confirm availability and the price, you pay, and you receive your item by delivery or self-collect. Every purchase comes with an e-receipt.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or cash. We don't accept card payments.
How do pre-orders work?
Tell us the item you're looking for and we'll send you a written quotation, valid for 7 days. A 50% deposit confirms your pre-order, and the balance is paid when the item arrives, before handover. Arrival dates are estimates, and we'll keep you updated. If we're unable to supply the item, your deposit is refunded in full.
How long does a pre-order take?
Most pre-orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. For some items the timing is to be confirmed, and we'll give you an estimated arrival date with your quotation.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please ask us any questions before you buy.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We don't offer our own warranty beyond the 7-day period in our Terms & Conditions. Where the manufacturer provides a warranty, we'll do our best to help you with it.
